It catches most of the grains that come out on your cat's paws. They drop through the honeycomb and collect on the bottom layer until you pour them out. A few can still land past the edge, which is why the size matters.

Yes. It ships folded. Lay it flat under a couple of books; most creases ease out in 1–2 days.

One per litter box. A common rule of thumb is one box per cat, plus one. A spare also lets you hose one mat and put the other down while it dries.

Lift the closed end and pour the litter back into the box. Wipe it with a damp cloth, or hose it and let it dry.

It's soft EVA foam, not hard plastic, so it's easy on paws. If your cat is unsure, put it beside the box for a day, then move it to the door. If it's not for your cat, the 60-day love-it-or-refund covers you.

The bottom layer is waterproof. Wipe the mat or hose it, then let it dry. It's a litter mat, not a pee pad, so clean it soon after.

New foam can have a smell out of the bag. Let it air out in a ventilated spot for a day or two, or longer if you notice it.

Give it at least 14 days. If you or your cat don't love it, email vaultra.storesupport@gmail.com between day 14 and day 60 after delivery, from the email you ordered with, with your order number, a line on what didn't work and a photo of the mat in place. If we approve, we email you a return address: ship the mat back within 14 days (return shipping is on you), and we refund what you paid for it once it arrives. One opened mat per order; shipping fees aren't refunded. Other mats in the order can be returned unused within 30 days. One guarantee refund per customer and address.
